Tired of ordering something online and waiting for weeks to receive it? So were we. That is why we developed one of the most advanced production and shipping systems on the Internet. And it is why we aim to ship your orders as soon as possible.

Immediately after you complete your purchase at Race Track Metal Company, your order is processed at our warehouse facility in Lincolnton, North Carolina. It is then packaged with great care, and usually shipped within 24-48 hours. Because many orders are shipped by UPS or truck lines, you can expect to receive your order in 5 to 9 days after you place it!

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Depending on quantity, weight and destination, we attempt to choose the best shipping method available. We use United States Postal Service, United Parcel Service, DHL, Federal Express and all major truck lines. Most small items are generally sent via UPS (2-5 day delivery). If you have a preference or would like to use your account number, please let us know when order is placed. Most international shipments are sent via DHL.

Delivery Time
Depending on the quantity and product selected, most orders are shipped within 1-5 days. Please allow 7-10 days for custom size orders. The delivery time from our warehouse in Lincolnton, North Carolina is based on distance and type of service.

Calculating Cost
Shipping costs for orders from racetrackmetal.com depend upon the method and option you choose.

We offer normal ground service, 2-day delivery, next day delivery and, to some locations, same day service via air freight.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Handling Fee
Race Track Metal Company charges a flat $10.00 handling fee per order to cover costs of crating, boxes, tape, etc.

Returns
Within 30 days after you receive an order, you may return any product that is defective due to workmanship. If you received a product and wish to exchange, please contact us. We cannot accept returns for custom made sizes or fabrics. First, contact sales@racetrackmetal.com to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Then, write this number on the packing slip and include the slip with your item to return. Finally, send the package to:
